Recent output:

Sorry I’ve been absent, but we’ve both been housebound although, fortunately, not stricken by the dreaded disease. It has, however, been a productive time. Since the triple launch of the single ‘Promises’, the album ‘Nothing Else and third book of short stories Bookends (see Afterbirth 5 for pix, I put out some more singles: ‘City Sewer Blues’, ‘The City’, ‘The Latest Fashion’, ‘Fantasy’, ‘Highway’, ‘The Loser’, ‘The Lone Ranger’ and my latest book of poetry, Leaves of Life: Words, Words, Words.

Triple Launch:

Have just released another single,  an ancient  demo that deserves to be heard. Has one of (I think) Australia’s best guitarists on it.  Excellent triple launch at the Halifax Café; the single “Power” (with Chris Finnen), “Nothing Else” (5th album of music) and Bookends ( third book of short stories) all released on the same night. Two sets of music... 4 piece band with Chris Finnen (guitarist of Australia-wide reputation, SAMIA Hall of Fame, multiple bands since whenever) and Emma Luker (fiddler accompanying Eric Bogle all over Australia, member of the Fiddle Chicks and excellent recording session professional).  Great fun. Thoroughly recommend the Halifax Café.

Port lincoln:

A couple of shows in Port Lincoln, one an author presentation, the other a music gig with the Port Lincoln Folk Club... very hospitable people, excellent venue, very enjoyable music, very pleasant evening.
